The Growth and Wellness Therapy Centre

The Growth and Wellness Therapy Centre is a mental and physical wellness clinic providing services online across Ontario and in office in Toronto. Our services include individual psychotherapy and social work, providing support for: older adults, caregivers, individuals living with chronic pain or illness, individuals who have experienced the loss of a pet, individuals experiencing life transitions and changes, and more. We also offer online family, couples and child therapy, yoga programs, support groups, reiki services, life coaching, and more. Our services are often covered under extended health benefit plans, with a number of services also available for reduced fee.
