Elder Help-Peel will host and operate a Fair to promote the well-being of seniors in Peel region on Sunday, October 6^th, 2024, to be held at the Bob Callahan Flower City Seniors Recreation in Brampton. Located at: 8870 McLaughlin Rd S, Brampton, ON L6Y 5T1

The Vendor has purchased a table display at the event, consisting of 1 (one) 6-foot table with 2 chairs provided.  Draping, signage and/or art is to be provided by the vendor.

The vendor agrees to set up their display between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM of the day of the event and be prepared to greet visitors by 9:30. The display is to be maintained until the close of the event at 4:00 PM. The display is to be removed from the premises by 5:00 PM.

The vendor commits to not interfering with other participants or presentations at the event and to abide by the safety regulations of the venue.

Both parties agree that this agreement does not constitute a partnership nor endorsement in any form.

In the event that Elder Help Peel must cancel the Fair and services are not provided to the vendor, a full refund will be sent to vendors for their booth.

Should the vendor choose to withdraw from the event, no refund of fees paid shall be made.
